- Distributor contract — 0xAA03cf4F76cb8B8998E5D89688Ff14A0d29AcCe4 — no owner, no pause, holds nothing between transactions
- Chain — Robinhood Chain, id 4663, explorer Blockscout
Do I have to claim?
No. Batches are pushed to balances. If you hold $PENNYD at the snapshot block you receive the position without doing anything, and if you hold none you receive nothing.
Can the desk sell what it distributes?
The settlement wallet buys and distributes. It does not sell $PENNYD. When it has to hold the token for a test, it burns the balance rather than selling it.
What are you actually sending me?
A Robinhood-issued tokenized equity on Robinhood Chain — the same class of instrument as the NVDA and SPY tokens that trade here, just with a smaller number in front of it. Each contract is verified on the pool page before it is listed. It is a token, not a share certificate, and it carries no voting rights.
Status
Live since 2026-09-08. The token exists, the distributor is deployed, and 2 batches have settled — every one of them listed on the ledger with the transaction that moved it. That page is rebuilt from the distributor's own events, so it cannot say a batch happened that did not.
